Aims and Scope

The “Journal of Punjabi Insights” (JPI) is a peer-reviewed (Quarterly), online open-access academic journal dedicated to the advancement of Punjabi language, literature, and culture. It aims to provide a dynamic platform for scholars, researchers, and practitioners to share original and impactful research that contributes to the understanding and enrichment of Punjabi heritage in its many forms. It is published by NK Publishing.

Aims

  • To promote high-quality academic research in Punjabi language, literature, and cultural studies.
  • To preserve and highlight the richness of Punjabi traditions, values, and expressions—both classical and contemporary.

Scope

The journal welcomes original research articles related to:

  • Punjabi Language: grammar, linguistics, dialects, language pedagogy, and usage in modern contexts.
  • Punjabi Literature: classical and modern works, poetry, prose, drama, literary criticism, and comparative studies.
  • Punjabi Culture: folklore, customs, traditions, festivals, oral narratives, performing arts, and the impact of social change.
